Pastel mágico que se divide en 3 partes por si solo; base pudin, cremoso en el centro y cobertura crujiente!

Pastel mágico de 6 ingredientes que se convertirá en tu favorito.

Seguro que lo has escuchado, pero no imaginas porque le llaman el pastel mágico. La magia empieza cuando lo colocamos en horno,  a medidas que se hornea este mágico pastel se divide por si solo en tres partes. Con una base como si fuera un pudin, cremoso en el centro y la parte de arriba crujiente. Cuando lo pruebes será tu pastel preferido!

  •  4 yemas a temperatura ambiente
  • 4 claras a temperatura ambiente
  • 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla (opcional)
  • ¾ de taza de azúcar
  • ¾ de harina
  • 2 tazas de leche
  • 100 gr mantequilla derretida y fría


1. PRECALIENTA a el horno a 160°

2. ENGRASA un molde para pastel de 20cm x 20 cm.

3. BATE las claras en la batidora hasta que formen picos. Reserva.

4. BATE las yemas con el azúcar hasta que cambien de color a un amarillo pálido. Aproximadamente por 1 minuto.

5. AGREGA la vainilla y la mantequilla a la mezcla de yemas hasta que se incorpore bien, por aproximadamente 1 minutos más.

6. AÑADE la harina y mezcla sólo hasta que se incorpore, no más.

7. AGREGA la leche en tandas de 4 hasta que se mezcle todo.

8. MEZCLA las claras batidas con la preparación de harina y yemas de forma envolvente y en 3 tandas. No te preocupes si quedan algunos grumos de claras, no batas de sobra. La mezcla debe ser líquida. Pon la mezcla en el molde para horno.

9. HORNEA hasta que la cubierta esté dorada y el pastel no vibre cuando lo muevas. Por 40 o 50 minutos. Deja que se enfríe en el horno por 10 minutos y luego sácalo hasta que se enfríe completamente, antes de desmoldar.

    • Have the authors taken into account back-migration into Africa of farmers and pastoralists carrying Y-DNA E and R1b? If they haven't then this could mess up their calculations. If the major part of the population of Africa today actually has some ancestry in common with the Near East, surely the date of their separation from Eurasian people is going to look a lot younger than the actual "out of Africa" migration?
