Rosquillas de ANÍS al HORNO: sin grasa, nada empalagosa y lista en menos de 30 minutos!

Ni 30 minutos se tarda en hacerlas. Pon el cronometro y verás como desde que empiezas a hacerlas a que te las estas comiendo no ha pasado ni media hora.

Son ricas, al menos a mi me encantan, quedan ligeramente hojaldradas. No son demasiado dulces, porque en realidad en la masa no llevan nada de azúcar, tan sólo  el dulzor que les aporta el licor. Eso si a mi me encanta, aún calientes pintarlas ligeramente con más anís y rebozarlas entonces en el azúcar, así se les pega mucho mejor. ¡Imagínate como huele la caja cuando la abres!

Ingredientes:

(Para unas 17 rosquillas)

  • 1 huevo
  • 80 ml de anís dulce
  • 80 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 80 ml de leche
  • entre 250 y 350  g de harina (añadir poco a poco)
  • ½ sobre de levadura Royal
  • Anís y azúcar para rebozarlas una vez que salgan del horno

Preparación 

  • Precalentamos le horno a 200º C . Calor arriba y abajo
  • Preparamos la bandeja del horno colocando encima un papel de hornear, para que las rosquillas no se nos pequen
  • Tamizamos la harina con la levadura
  • Batimos el huevo con el anís, añadimos en forma de hilo la leche y  el aceite sin dejar de batir. Por último incorporamos la harina. Añadamos hasta obtener una masa lisa y homogénea..
  • Formamos las rosquillas tomando porciones de masa, de unos 25 grs. rodamos la masa con las manos para hacer un cordón y unimos las puntas, dándole forma de rosco.  Las vamos  dejamos sobre la bandeja de horno.
  • Horneamos durante unos 15 minutos con calor arriba y abajo a 200ºC
  • Cuando las saquemos del horno, en caliente,  las pintamos con anís y rebozamos con azúcar.

Deliciosas!!!!
