Cremosa tarta de limón con galletas trituradas; sin horno y con pocos ingredientes!

Te impresionará lo fácil que es elaborar este cremoso postre de limón bañado con galleta triturada. Además sus ingredientes son muy básicos, por lo que resultará muy conveniente prepararlo con frecuencia. La leche condensada funciona muy bien para quitarle un poco de acidez a la tarta. También puedes colocar unas cuantas gotas de esencia de vainilla para reforzar lo dulce.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 lata de leche condensada de 370 gr
  • 350 gr de leche evaporada + 4 cucharadas
  • 2-3 paquetes de galletas tipo Chiquilín
  • Zumo de 6 limones
  • Unas gotas de esencia de vainilla (opcional)
  • 2 hojas de gelatina

PREPARACIÓN con Thermomix:

1-Poner las dos hojas de gelatina en remojo, en agua fría.
 
2-Poner en el vaso de la Thermomix, la leche condensada, el jugo de los 6 limones y los 350 gr de leche evaporada. Programar 30 segundos, velocidad 3.
 
3-Calentar las 4 cucharadas de leche evaporada en el microondas y disolver las hojas de gelatina. Cuando esté bien disuelto, añadir al vaso con la vainilla y programar 30 segundos, velocidad 3. Remover bien con la espátula, despegando la crema de las paredes. Tapar y reservar en el frigorífico 5 minutos.
 
4-Poner una base de galletas en la bandeja. Repartir una capa de crema de limón. Añadir otra capa de galletas, otra de crema, y así, hasta terminar las galletas y la crema. La última capa tiene que ser crema.
 
5-Reservar en el frigorífico un mínimo de 4-6 horas. Mejor si lo servimos de un día para otro. Justo antes de servir, decorar con dos o tres galletas troceadas/picadas espolvoreadas por encima
Pastel de galletas y limón
PREPARACIÓN Tradicional:

3-Calentar las 4 cucharadas de leche evaporada en el microondas y disolver las hojas de gelatina. Cuando esté bien disuelto, añadir al bol con la crema de limón. Incorporar también la vainilla y batir bien. Tapar y reservar en el frigorífico 5 minutos.
 
4-Poner una base de galletas en la bandeja. Repartir una capa de crema de limón. Añadir otra capa de galletas, otra de crema, y así, hasta terminar las galletas y la crema. La última capa tiene que ser crema.
 
5-Reservar en el frigorífico un mínimo de 4-6 horas. Mejor si lo servimos de un día para otro. Justo antes de servir, decorar con dos o tres galletas troceadas/picadas espolvoreadas por encima
COMENTARIOS

  • Creo que se puede suavizar el sabor del limón quitando uno, o incluso dos limones, o añadiendo más leche condensada.
  • Las galletas pueden ser María redondas, rectangulares, hojaldradas, o éstas que he usado yo. Se me ocurre que se podría hacer también con galletas de limón rellenas tipo Cuétara (bocaditos), la próxima vez lo pruebo.
  • Si queréis podéis decorar la tarta con almendra crocante, en vez de trocitos de galleta.
