Pudin de MANZANA y PASAS en el MICROONDAS; Fácil, rápido, barato y delicioso!

Pudin de manzana y pasas en microondas; un postre rápido y sin complicaciones.  Fácil , rápido, barato y delicioso, que mas se puede pedir?

Ingredientes:

Para el caramelo:
1 taza de azúcar, aprox 200 gr
6 cucharadas de agua
Unas gotas de limón

Para el pudin:
500 gr de leche
6 – 8 rebanadas de pan de molde sin corteza, aprox 200 gr. Puedes utilizar también pan normal, o de leche que se haya quedado seco
3 huevos
1 taza de azúcar, aprox 200 gr
1 puñado de pasas sin pepitas, aprox 50 gr
50 gr de ron o coñac para remojar las pasas (opcional)
2 manzanas.

Preparación:

Paso 1: Poner a remojar las pasas en el ron
Batir la leche con los huevos, el pan desmigado, las manzanas cortadas a láminas finas (yo las hice con el pelapatatas), y el azúcar y dejar reposar mientras preparamos el caramelo. Si es con la Thermomix 15 segundos Velocidad 4.  Añadir las pasas y remover para que se integren.

Paso 2: En un bol apto para microondas y de capacidad suficiente, porque el pudin “crece” mientras se cuece, vamos a preparar el caramelo. Mezclamos el azúcar con el agua y el limón y programamos 5 minutos a máxima potencia. Ten en cuenta que luego se sigue haciendo un poco más así que mejor no pasarse porque amargaría. Con mucho cuidado para no quemarte inclina el bol y cubrir todo el interior con el caramelo

Paso 3: Verter la mezcla de leche y pan y llevar al microondas. Programar 15 minutos a máxima potencia y dejar reposar sin abrir el microondas otros 5 minutos

Si preferís hacerlo en el horno, lo pones al baño maría, en horno precalentado a 180º, durante 45 – 60 minutos. Pincha una brocheta en el centro para aseguraros de que esta cuajado del todo.  Dejar enfriar. Desmoldar y servir
