Una comprensa de jengibre es una comprensa natural que es absolutamente eficaz para aliviar y curar dolores como el reumatismo, las venas hinchadas, dolores musculares, dolores de espalda y los esguinces.   2. Preparar un mortero de alta resistencia y una maja. El tipo de mortero ultilizado en la foto está compuesto de acero inoxidable que es más recomendable en la preparación de medicamentos a base de hierbas.
  3. Machacar el jengibre hasta que esté bien triturado. Luego pelar el ajo.
  4. Agrega el ajo y sal al jengibre picado. Comienza golpeando de nuevo hasta que los tres ingredientes se mezclen bien en conjunto.

5 . Prepara una pedazo de plástico. La mezcla del jengibre tiene que estar dentro del plástico limpio.

6 . Coloca lentamente sobre la zona afectada, el jengibre picado, cerciorándose de que el jengibre y el ajo no estén expuestos así no entran en contacto con la piel directamente.

7 . Asegura los lados. Luego envuelve con una venda.

8. Dejar en la zona durante al menos 6 horas. Esto no es recomendable para las heridas abiertas.
