Prepara tu propia crema pastelera para el relleno de pasteles siguiendo los sencillos pasos de esta receta. Solo el aspecto final ya dan ganas de probarla.

Ingredientes para Crema pastelera de maicena

1 Litro de Leche entera o desnatada
1 Rama de Canela
200 Gramos de Azúcar
90 Gramos de Maicena
2 Unidades de Huevo
1 Trozo de Cáscara de Limón

Pasos para preparar Crema pastelera de maicena

  • Poner a hervir la leche con la cáscara de limón y la canela.
  • Mientras tanto, mezcla el azúcar con el almidón de maíz en un bol aparte.
  • Se añaden los huevos y un poco de leche hervida y se mezcla bien hasta que se integren bien todos los ingredientes.
  • Volcar esta preparación sobre el resto de la leche y dejar que vuelva a hervir. Remueve de forma constante hasta conseguir la textura deseada.
  • Utiliza esta deliciosa crema pastelera sin gluten para preparar cualquier postre que desees.
